Hi, I'm Paige!
Sleep specialisations: Teenagers and children with special needs e.g. ADHD, autism, anxiety.
I live in Cheshire (UK) with my partner and our wonderful dog, Oscar.
I have been working with families for over 7 years in various settings such as education, family services, therapy and specialist support, such as sleep. Previously, I worked for a mental health service that worked directly with Children and Young People and during this time I started to see a rise in sleep difficulties for those experiencing mental health challenges.
I wanted to help and support them in the best way and I became increasingly interested in sleep. One thing led to another, and I have now been a Qualified Sleep Consultant since 2021 working with Children and Young People ages 2-18.
I also deliver sleep training to professionals and families, virtually.
I have the knowledge and experience in supporting autistic children and young people, those diagnosed with a ADHD and those who struggle with anxiety at night time. I am passionate in the work that I do and I love helping others. I have supported many families with sleep over the years and I am here to do the same with you!

I am able to help you with your struggles by providing you with tips, advice and knowledge on child nutrition, all based on your child's age and any other contributing factors (allergies/lifestyle etc). Together, we implement a plan so that your child starts to accept more foods into their diet and is no longer a fussy eater.

The different food groups and what they mean for your child's development
Optimal feeding schedule based on your child's age and daily routine
How to introduce new foods to your child
Which age-appropriate nutritious foods to include each day for adequate energy and nutrients
Which drinks your child can be, or should be, having
