Posted on Manal SunabaraTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have a seven month old and a two year old. Before starting with sleep training, I had pushed through with two years of interrupted sleep, but then with the addition of baby number two, who also slept horribly (I’m talking waking every 1-2 hours through the night), I had had enough! I had to find a way to fix this. I knew I couldn’t do it on my own - having failed before - so I sought out a company that could help me. I searched around on google and came across Sweet Dreams Sleep Consulting. The reviews looked positive, so I decided to give them a try. And I’m so happy I did! We were paired with Claudine. She provided customised plans for both my children and helped us every step of the way. She was so attentive and never made me feel bad or embarrassed for reaching out to her (I messaged her A LOT!). I felt like I had someone holding my hand through it all, making it easy. She is so knowledgeable on sleep, and she always had a suggestion or some advice to get us out of a tough sleeping situation. Results? My kids are independent sleepers! We have gone from all four of us (husband being the fourth) piled up in one bed, to each child now sleeping on their own. I can put them down, kiss them good night and walk away! This was unheard of not too long ago, so we are ecstatic! It’s a process and does require consistency, but we stuck through it and made it to the other end. We were looking for an answer to our children’s sleep woes and we found it with this company. Would highly recommend!Posted on Greta LaurinaityteTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Claudine is a true expert in the sleep training field. She has guided us in finding the best routine and methods to put our 3 years old daughter to sleep and ensure that she sleeps through the night. We are very grateful for all the support we have received.Posted on Noor BreishTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I never sleep trained my child, but by the time my 3-year-old was still waking up at night and coming into my bed, I knew something had to change. I wanted a gentle approach—no cry-it-out—and I found the warmest, kindest, most knowledgeable person to guide us. She knew exactly what to do, and within just three days both my child and I were sleeping so much better. I’m incredibly grateful for her support and expertise!Posted on Soumaya KochittyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Working with Divya has been nothing short of a miracle. When I first reached out, I was exhausted and overwhelmed—my 6-month-old was waking up every 2 hours, and I was barely getting 4 hours of sleep myself. Returning to work while surviving on broken sleep left me completely drained. Divya’s sleep program changed everything. Within days of following her guidance, my son started sleeping in long stretches at night—something I never imagined was possible at this age. Not only did his sleep improve, but he also became less cranky during the day, and I finally started feeling like myself again. What sets Divya apart is not just her expertise, but her unwavering support. She was always just a text away, and continued to check in and guide me even after the program officially ended. Her help has truly transformed our lives. I’m beyond grateful.Posted on Dana Al ZabenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Claudine was so helpful in sleep coaching our daughter. Her approach is firm yet loving and we saw results very quickly. She’s been very patient and helpful in guiding us as our daughter grew and her sleep patterns evolved.Posted on Johanna ZaluskiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We worked with Claudine to sleep train both our children—1.5 and 3 years old—at the same time, and the results were truly life-changing. Within just 3 days, our bedtime routine went from dragging on for hours to a calm, consistent 30-minute process. We could finally put the kids down and leave the room with no fuss—something we hadn’t thought possible before. Claudine came to our home and took the time to really understand our situation. More than just a sleep plan, she gave us the confidence we needed to follow through, which made all the difference. She was always available to guide us, keep us on track, and answer our questions along the way. She brings deep expertise and years of experience, and her calm, reassuring presence made the whole process feel manageable. Sleep training with Claudine was absolutely worth it—it has completely changed our evenings and our overall quality of life. Our kids are better rested, and we finally have peaceful evenings again!Posted on Lina StenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an amazing experience with the sleep consultant Claudine! She helped me a lot with the sleep training for my son . This was the best decision! We are all happy now and sleeping through the night!!! Thank you!!!Posted on Tara DakkakTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I worked with Claudine with my second after having tried to sleep train him myself and it felt hopeless. And then like “magic” once I committed to Sweet Dreams Sleep Consultants and followed the steps exactly he began sleeping alone through naps and bedtime. Thank you for everything 🙂Posted on Grace HauserTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Claudine is a baby whisperer. Full stop. In just a few days, our baby went from wild middle-of-the-night dance parties to sleeping like an angel (and so did we). She’s calm, kind, super knowledgeable, and somehow makes you feel like you’ve totally got this—even when you’re delirious. Worth every dirham, dollar, and desperate cry for help. Claudine, we owe you our sanity!Posted on Natalie CurnowTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We reached out to Claudine when our little girl turned 6 months as her sleepless nights got progressively worse during weaning and her naps and schedule were all over the place. After a few difficult nights and some weeks of tweaking we are finally getting there with sleep training. Claudine was always on hand to offer advice and I am so grateful for her honest and straightforward responses. I followed her guidance and created a schedule myself and when things went wrong she was there to trouble shoot with me. I also reached out to her to ask her about travelling with my baby and about leaving the house during and around nap times. She taught me so much and it has been hard for us all as a family to be strict and stick with it but it has worked. Now my daughter sleeps between 11-12 hours a night without waking and without a night feed - most nights. We still get the occasional issue due to changes in routine and teething etc… I am so thankful for trusting my gut instinct and reaching out to her - I wish I had done it sooner. I urge all mums in need to try her and I promise you will not be disappointed. It doesn’t make you a bad mum if they can’t sleep through the night we just need to learn the steps to support them as they don’t know what they need. I realised that what I was doing wasn’t the right thing for my child and as hard as making changes were and if that means not rocking to sleep and singing and cuddling or waiting for them to fall asleep in your arms - which I do miss do much, now I have a happy, hungry and well rested child. Thank you again Claudine for everything you do❤️🙏

About us
Becoming a mum to my son Joseph was incredibly rewarding but it came with a price: relentless sleep deprivation.
For the first 2 & ½ years, we endured sleepless nights that left me emotionally drained and, at times, irrational. I was exhausted and physically unwell.
Diagnosed with PTSD from a traumatic birth experience, I was at my breaking point.
I desperately needed a solution… Luckily we found a sleep consultant who was able to help us. Can you imagine the relief and joy this brought us?
I felt compelled to share the gift of sleep with others in the same situation as me.
So, I trained under Dana Obleman in the Sleep Sense™ program and founded Sweet Dreams Sleep Coaching in 2017.
Since then, we’ve helped more than 3,000 clients to achieve consistently good nights’ sleep and the feedback we receive is heartwarming.
I understand the emotional and physical toll sleep deprivation takes on you. Therefore, I want to invite you to one of our Free Sleep Consultations and help you the same way I was helped.

Yes, we fully support breastfeeding. It is not necessary to stop in order to successfully sleep train. Our consultants will create appropriate guidance and advice to ensure breast-feeding is not impacted.
No, we do not advocate the cry-it-out method, which involves ignoring a child’s cries completely. None of our team members did that with our children and so we know you don’t need to either. Our services focus on meeting the needs of the child, in all aspects of their life; feeding, play, care and sleep. However crying is a normal and most often primary way for children to communicate. By meeting your child’s needs we can ensure to minimise any crying. During sleep training we provide tools and strategies for you to support your child in their journey to learn to sleep peacefully throughout the night and to ensure minimal crying, whilst developing healthy sleep habits.
The good news is children can learn how to fall asleep independently really quickly so the crying goes away!
