He and I both struggled with sleep, to the point that I developed chronic insomnia. For 5 months, I tried following all the AI-generated advice and consulted with friends and family. But every step forward was soon followed by a major setback, and worse, the cacophony of contradictions was wrecking my confidence. I felt like I was failing terribly at providing my child with comfortable sleep, and also depriving him of a healthy mom while he was awake. Within three days of following Claudine’s sleep plan, my son was sleeping independently at night and at nap times. He was consolidating sleep cycles and waking up after a full night’s sleep smiling and cooing in his crib. He was noticeably happier, less cranky, when playing. Claudine gave us an actionable detailed daily schedule that covered everything (sleep, eat, play). When we inevitably stumbled, because of illness, travel, or just normal growing pains, Claudine was right there to support with honest, clear, tested advice, but never any judgment. After a month of working with Claudine, I finally had my child’s sleep down to a science, and three months later I’m able to navigate every hiccup and regression with confidence. My sleep also eventually normalized with her help. I can’t praise Claudine enough, and highly recommend her to any parents looking out for their kids.Posted on Google NimaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a really great experience with Claudine and are so happy with the results. She was supportive, easy to talk to and always there when we had questions. Our baby’s sleep improved so much, from waking up every hour sleeping between us to sleeping through the night in own bed and room. Would definitely recommend!Posted on Google Amna AlmansooriTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After several horrible experiences with other sleep trainers, Claudine helped us fix everything with a gentle and personalized approach. She truly listens, understands your concerns, and gives the right recommendations instead of using a one-size-fits-all method. Thanks to her guidance, my son’s sleep improved so much without unnecessary crying. She was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and always there to help. I’m so grateful for her support and couldn’t recommend her enough! 🙏🏼Posted on Google Hazar KamalTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an amazing experience working with Claudine at Sweetdreams! We started our sleep training journey when our baby was almost 5 months old, and the results have exceeded our expectations. From day one, Claudine provided us with gentle, practical techniques that were easy to follow and gave us the confidence we needed as first-time parents. Our baby is now sleeping through most nights, but what made the biggest difference was learning how to understand our baby's sleep cues, establish healthy sleep habits, and build a routine that works for our family. Claudine was always available to answer my questions—no matter how small—and her guidance and encouragement throughout the process made us feel supported every step of the way. I highly recommend Claudine and Sweetdreams to any parents looking for a kind, knowledgeable, and responsive sleep consultant. Thank you for helping our whole family get the rest we needed! ❤️Posted on Google Devvrat GaggarTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We came to Claudine for help because our little baby daughter refused to take naps by herself and wasn't sleeping through the night. Naturally, this was a major issue for us with our day jobs and other responsibilities. Claudine was amazing throughout the entire process. She explained the science behind the training. How babies typically operate when it comes to sleep and built out a detailed structure for us to follow. Within a couple of weeks of implementing it, our little baby sleeps through the night, goes down for her naps happily, and is generally a much more energetic and cheerful baby through the course of the day. The Most awesome part about working with Claudine Is that she is available to help and provide advice whenever you need it. Would definitely recommend her if you are absolutely certain you plan to sleep train your baby. She's greatPosted on Google Rima KaddouraTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I cannot recommend Claudine enough with her support with both of my kids. She established a very clear plan for my daughter who was dependent on her water bottle and physical touch to sleep and my son whose goal was to sleep independently through the night. Each plan was personnalized and adjusted on a daily basis according to the needs of each child. With my son it was just a couple of days and he was good to go! And with my daughter she was finally able to fall asleep without needing her bottle and constant physical touch. Big thanks to Claudine for her professional support!Posted on Google Maria SpyropoulouTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We worked with Claudine when our baby was 10 months old, he was waking up 6-7 times per night and just had terrible sleep overall. I was quite apprehensive about letting my baby cry, it was really stressful for me, but Claudine was constantly giving me reassurance. It only took one night for us to see change, and after a few weeks now our baby sleeps perfectly well both at night and for day naps. Our lives are completely changed , I cannot stress enough how much we needed this after so much sleep deprivation. Claudine was really responsive, very supportive and very knowledgeable about the subject, there really was nothing she didn’t have advice on. I wholeheartedly recommend sweet sense services, it really changed my view about what sleep training is and how beneficial it is for everyone, including the baby of course.Posted on Google Tala MekdashTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Hands down to Claudine from Sweet Dreams for her incredible support and commitment throughout our sleep training journey!! 🙏 Our son who used to wake up every 2-3 hours now sleeps through the night (independently), and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. What stood out the most was how responsive and supportive she was every step of the way — always available to answer any questions I had and providing amazing follow-up and guidance. One of the best decisions we made for our family. Highly Highly recommend 🩵🩵🩵Posted on Google Giulia MngTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Sleep training WORKS! Claudine has been such a great help for both my daughter Ginevra and me throughout our sleep journey. She supported us with kindness, patience and practical tailored advices that truly made a difference. Thanks to her guidance, Ginevra is now sleeping so much better and our whole routine feels calmer and more manageable. And predictable! She really took the time to understand Ginevra’s needs and always made me feel supported and reassured as a (new) mum. I’m very grateful for all her help and would absolutely recommend her to any parent looking for gentle and effective sleep support that actually works and it’s easy to implement.

About us
Becoming a mum to my son Joseph was incredibly rewarding but it came with a price: relentless sleep deprivation.
For the first 2 & ½ years, we endured sleepless nights that left me emotionally drained and, at times, irrational. I was exhausted and physically unwell.
Diagnosed with PTSD from a traumatic birth experience, I was at my breaking point.
I desperately needed a solution… Luckily we found a sleep consultant who was able to help us. Can you imagine the relief and joy this brought us?
I felt compelled to share the gift of sleep with others in the same situation as me.
So, I trained under Dana Obleman in the Sleep Sense™ program and founded Sweet Dreams Sleep Coaching in 2017.
Since then, we’ve helped more than 3,000 clients to achieve consistently good nights’ sleep and the feedback we receive is heartwarming.
I understand the emotional and physical toll sleep deprivation takes on you. Therefore, I want to invite you to one of our Free Sleep Consultations and help you the same way I was helped.

Yes, we fully support breastfeeding. It is not necessary to stop in order to successfully sleep train. Our consultants will create appropriate guidance and advice to ensure breast-feeding is not impacted.
No, we do not advocate the cry-it-out method, which involves ignoring a child’s cries completely. None of our team members did that with our children and so we know you don’t need to either. Our services focus on meeting the needs of the child, in all aspects of their life; feeding, play, care and sleep. However crying is a normal and most often primary way for children to communicate. By meeting your child’s needs we can ensure to minimise any crying. During sleep training we provide tools and strategies for you to support your child in their journey to learn to sleep peacefully throughout the night and to ensure minimal crying, whilst developing healthy sleep habits.
The good news is children can learn how to fall asleep independently really quickly so the crying goes away!
