Life changer!! A few weeks back I was surfing in the net at 2am, I was desperate for a good night of sleep, I found Claudine's contact and reached out. We had our first call, she told me clearly the objectives of the work, how I should be prepared to do my part as well, and what everyone was expected to do and expect. I vividly remember the day when my 6 weeks old son cried almost non-stop for nearly 10 hours. When we visited our paediatrician the next day, we were told our son had severe (silent) reflux. The next two months were rough. To get my son to sleep, we resorted to bouncing him up and down on a yoga ball and then holding him vertically. By three and a half months the reflux had improved but I realised I had created a monster. I knew I needed to abandon the terrible bouncing habit, but I felt under-confident about how to make the transition to simply placing him in the crib. I also feared that I was keeping him awake for too long between naps. Guilt, worry and fatigue led to me crying on a nearly daily basis, as I felt I was failing him. I researched online about sleep techniques and wake intervals, but found the many different and often contradictory approaches overwhelming.
I had read rave reviews about Claudine in a Facebook group, and after visiting her website I decided to reach out. Claudine did not disappoint. After coming up with and presenting a unique sleep plan for my son, she was readily available when I had questions or needed support. She was incredibly understanding, very encouraging and importantly, non-judgmental. The improvements I saw in my son's sleeping even after one week were incredible. After two weeks, I could gently put him down for a nap in his crib and he would sleep a solid two hours uninterrupted. I was amazed! I can't say enough how his sleeping has changed things for me. I am so glad I trusted my gut and contacted Claudine, and I am so thankful for her guidance and support!

Our son has always co-slept with us in a bassinet and then, as my husband travelled a lot, in our bed. He needed to sleep in my arms next to me to sleep and this meant that I wouldn’t get any time with my husband or even time to go back and finish my meal. I didn’t mind and I was never a believer in sleep training as I don’t let my son cry. However it became increasingly difficult as not a single one of us was getting any quality sleep anymore and I could tell my son was overtired and it was affecting him. We decided we had to fix this to ensure he had quality sleep.
I’m so glad we came across Claudine, she used a gentle approach to help ease us in and even though Elijah was a bit older (slightly more difficult to manage due to his age and it took a while to get him to where we wanted) we finally managed it after a couple of months. Throughout all of this Claudine stuck with us and helped see us through to the end.
We now have a happy boy who naps during the day and sleeps in his cot in his own room from 7pm-7am!

We had used a sleep trainer before Claudine for my son which did not work, so it took a lot of convincing for me to bring the idea to my husband for a sleep trainer again.
Well wow! Just wow! Claudine was on her phone when ever I needed her with no delays. She is friendly and encouraging and needless to say she is our new favourite person and I'm kicking myself for not using her sooner .
Might I also add I had been in touch with Claudine umming and ahhing about using her for 2 months before we actual committed. For most people, this would put them off clients but she was never pushy about using her services and offered help where she could!

My husband and I contacted Claudine after over a year of sleepless nights. Our then 14-month old daughter was co-sleeping in bed with us. She was only falling asleep while being nursed, and would wake every 1-2 hours continuously through the night, each time requiring more nursing to fall back asleep. Despite this, we were overwhelmed at the thought of sleep training her because we were concerned about her being away from us and possibly crying for an extended period of time. However, Claudine's expertise and warmth gave us the confidence to undertake this process, and to commit to a customized sleep plan. Claudine's sleep plan was well-suited for our situation and accounted for our emotional needs, as well as our daughter's. The goal was to have our daughter sleeping 12 hours through the night, and to be able to self-soothe if she did wake. Additionally, we wanted to transition our daughter from 2 naps a day to 1. Claudine assured us these goals were possible to accomplish, and that we would begin to see positive results within a week. We didn't think our daughter would respond to the sleep plan that quickly; however, with Claudine's daily support and quick responses to all our questions (via text, email, and phone calls) we accomplished the goal. Now our daughter is over 18 months, and she is still successfully sleeping through the night. We are forever grateful for Claudine's presences in our lives. My husband and I are able to spend more time together, our daughter has more energy, and her appetite has improved. Now every night when the house is calm and our daughter is sleeping peacefully, we think of Claudine fondly.
Claudine is very professional and kind, and being a mother also inspires a lot of confidence. We met her two and a half years ago, when our daughter did not sleep at night more than 30 minutes and we were exhausted, thanks to her help we felt good again and were able to rest, the routine that Claudine gave us made our daughter sleep all night without her waking up at all, that for us was a blessing. For me particularly she is a very special person, I highly esteem her, she is very generous and you can count on her help always, when I need advice she is there, always friendly and willing to listen, you are not only a client for her, do not hesitate it is a great choice.

We had reached breaking point with our twins, we believed we had a good schedule during the day and they went down easily at night, but every night without fail they would wake and end up in our bed, 5am was our standard waking time, nobody was sleeping well! Claudine was recommended on a twin group and contacting her is the best decision we could have made. After our initial discussion, we realised the good routine we thought we had, was one of the reasons they were not sleeping well at night, they relied on us to comfort them and didn't know how to self soothe. The first few nights were tough, but totally worth it! Claudine was really easy to talk to and stayed in regular contact throughout the process, we loved that she gave us a schedule for play times during the day, not just naps, lots of tips to ensure a good night's sleep and she was firm about removing sleeping aids, despite some of our resistances! Our twins now sleep 12 hours straight at night and have a 2 hour nap during the day, it is unbelievable and has made such a positive difference, they are happier and full of energy and we are finally getting a good night's sleep! My husband and I contacted Claudine as we wanted to seek help regarding our 3 month old son and his daytime naps. Despite sleeping relatively well through the night, he heavily relied on being rocked or carried to sleep for all daytime naps. It was becoming increasingly difficult to get him to sleep during the day causing us both a considerable amount of stress.

Before sleep training Leo, my wife and I would go to bed praying for just one good night. Once in a blue moon, we would get lucky but most nights consisted of us alternating in the middle of the night to go rock our son back to sleep...sometimes for hours on end. This of course became detrimental to not only our lives, but our son's life. Sleep deprivation bled into the day and we went through the motions in a zombie-like fashion, a shell of our former selves. Suffice it to say, life was becoming miserable. On our son's 1st birthday, we both fully committed to begin the sleep training regiment that Claudine discussed with us a week prior. The first night was a bit rough as expected but the following nights exponentially became easier and easier, with Leo's sleep improving as each night passed. He quickly developed the ability to self-sooth, which meant even if he did wake up in the middle of the night, he could get himself back to sleep without us intervening. By day 10, he was falling asleep in 5-10 minutes consistently. It was miraculous! Today, he sleeps on average 11.5 hours per night without waking up (or at least not waking us up!).
It had been seven months since we slept. Seven beautiful months with our baby, but he was waking every night from 3-10 times. We were starting to go crazy and decided to call Claudine. She was seriously our Mary Poppins. She walked through the schedule with us and gave us tactics to help get Wyatt to sleep on his own. Within days he was napping and sleeping at night perfectly. My 10 month old reached a point where he would wake up every 15 to 30 mins and I stopped counting how many times a night he woke up. Sleep deprivation led me to feeling extremely depressed. We were recommended Claudine by our pediatrician. Our 10 month old daughter was not sleeping during the night, and she always needed my help to fall asleep. She really changed our lives. My daughter hadn't slept a full night in 9 months, which was very surprising to me because my first born had taught himself to sleep through the night when he was 4 months old. I was venting to a friend one day, and she recommended I get in touch with Claudine. I was very skeptical and not a fan of sleep training, but from the moment I met Claudine I felt confident that this was going to work. She took the time to explain absolutely everything. She was extremely supportive throughout and could answer anything I threw at her (including things related to my 2 year old son). My daughter slept through the night on day one...
