I wanted to make sure that I took the time to properly thank you, Claudine, for changing my life, and my family’s life so dramatically, and in a such a short amount of time. I would like to share my story with others in case there is another mum out there feeling, as low and helpless, as I felt before I met you. You gave me back the time to be a happy mum again and I can’t thank you enough for this.
Before I met you, my happy little boy was living the dream and waking up every two hours for a quick little feed and snuggle. He never cried in the night so giving him a quick feed wasn’t really an issue at the time. However, I had resorted to co-sleeping in order to get sleep before work. I knew I didn’t want to co-sleep until he was a toddler and I wanted solid sleep. I wanted my husband back in our bed and our little boy to sleep soundly for more than a two-hour stint. So, at 5 and a half months I contacted a sleep trainer here in Abu Dhabi.
Unfortunately, this is when I really found out what sleep deprivation looked like. We spent two weeks trying to dream feed Alfie every 1.5/2 hours before he would wake up, rock him to sleep for naps, and overall not make any progress and take ten steps back. I was told that he wasn’t getting enough milk in the day, was going through a leap, was too advance for his age and that was why he was waking up at night. I was already emotional on my breast-feeding journey and this made me worry even more about my supply not being enough etc. I thought about stopping breast feeding full stop when my sleep trainer basically told me that Alfie was an unsolvable case and she had ‘sent his file to America’ to be reviewed. This two-week period felt like an eternity and I was going to work like a walking zombie. I couldn’t think straight. We spent two weekends locked in our house trying to have successful nap times. I could not see how I could fix the situation and regularly broke down in tears. One day a friend at work found me sobbing and immediately told me that you were the lady I needed to have a chat with. She said she had heard you speak several times before and that you were ‘the best in the business’. I had nothing to lose at this point and decided to contact you for advice.
When I messaged you, you immediately replied and said you could give me a call for a chat. I remember sitting on the bench outside my house and again sobbing as I told you our situation I felt like you were my last shot and that phone call changed everything almost instantly. I immediately knew I could trust you as you listened and gave advice. You really did know your stuff! 😊 You could instantly see red flags and ways in which we could proceed.
After our conversation, I decided whole-heartedly to go with your plan and that very night we moved Alfie into his own room. We have not looked back since and the change was instant! That night he did take about a half hour to settle but he slept through the night and the tears were not hysterical by any means. You were on hand that whole week to help us figure out the best timings for his naps, bedtime and wake. Our little boy was sleeping through the night from that very first night. He learned to self soothe and was sleeping almost 11 hours. He loves our nap and bedtime routine and goes down for his naps and bedtime without a tear. His naps are from 9.30- 11 and 2-3.30 and we pretty much have to wake him from these every day. I am still breast feeding, have no worries about my supply and am sleeping ‘like a baby’. My husband and I have our evenings back together and we cannot thank you enough for your support.
We feel empowered now to know that Alfie doesn’t need me a sleep prop. He is happy, healthy and rested each day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. From the day Alfie was born I loved being his mum, and you have given me time to enjoy every second with a clear mind.

We decided to have a sleep trainer when the twins turned one. To be fair, I didn’t see any issue with the twins sleep as we had a night nanny every other night and hubby did “the night shift” on the other nights (he is a night owl). When one of my fellow twin mums told me about Claudine and the success, I was curious and decided to call her. We were convinced and decided to start pretty right away. It was my birthday present to the Twins.
Noah started sleeping through the night by day 2 and day 3. I was so amazed. Faith took wayyyy longer. During those trying days, it was so reassuring to have Claudine’s hands on support. She is extremely responsive and you feel that you have someone who cares rooting for you. She is very personable, and so she makes a daunting process very smooth.

Claudine has to be the most patient person ever. She helped my hubby and I sleep train our beautiful baby son from 3 months due to me going back to work. We now have a baby who can self settle to sleep without the need for rocking or milk directly before! All her tips and advice has been greatly appreciated and I am so GLAD we did the training. Everything was personalized to our son needs whilst taking into account what we wanted as parents! I was so impressed after initially being a little skeptical about sleep training in general.

I contacted Claudine because I needed assistance with my newborn although this was my third child. I suffered a lot with my first two children and I did not want to repeat the same mistake again.
I was following a couple of "Sleep Consultants" on Instagram that were selling sleep guides. I actually was able to get a guide off a friend for free, which has great information. And I was confident that I can implement sleep training using the guide because again I am not a new mom and I can do it. And just before I started sleep training my son, I had a conversation with one of my girlfriends that recommended Claudine and she said it's the one to one consultation and troubleshooting that Claudine offers makes the difference. So as soon as she said that I called Claudine, had our first call, where she introduced herself and services. In that same week I emailed her and we set up the consultation and I learned a lot from her that the sleep guides didn't tell you.
Claudine provides you detailed information on how to sleep train, she supports you through it and will help you troubleshoot if things don't go to plan. And since each baby is different she can advise you accordingly.

I was interested in, but on the fence about Sleep Training for some time. One day I reached that point of desperation where a good night's sleep was only something I could dream about and I was done with the "zombie" feeling.
I worked with Claudine when my baby was 13 months. It was the best decision I made this year. Claudine is professional, experienced, practical, supportive and clear, and following her steps, I was able to effectively sleep train my daughter. She was available for me throughout the programme and provided useful written guidance as well. To anyone considering it, I would say emphatically to go for it. Yes, there is plenty of content out there on sleep training, however having someone experienced to guide you along the way and a framework to follow is invaluable. My baby now has a stable sleep routine and our home is a lot more harmonious. I feel I am able to be a better parent and her health and development has also improved. Claudine was a huge help in sleep training our 6 months old baby. We had an introduction call before finalizing to go ahead with the sleep training, in which she listened to all the issues we were facing with our baby's sleeping pattern and she was keen to detail the service she offers and how it will all improve once he sleeps well. The first call went a long way in easing our reservations.
From the first call to all follow up calls she was there when we needed her, once even when she was travelling. Her sleep plans are clear and easy to follow and completely customized according to the baby’s needs. She has implemented a lot of positive changes and made a proper schedule which helps us to be aware of the baby’s needs and plan in difficult situations. She was very encouraging and supportive. Anika is now accustomed to the schedule, and when her wake time is nearing the end she automatically sets herself to sleep. All we have to do is to tuck her in and off she sleeps, like a baby :) Morning wake times have improved as well. Earlier during the training she would mostly get up at 6am - 6:30 am. Now most of the days it's past 7am, which we find more reasonable to work with.
