We initially met Claudine 4 years ago when we had our first son George. We were living in Abu Dhabi and after 4 months of waking up every hour to feed George I was desperate for help! After finding Claudine on Facebook and reaching out it took George three days to develop better sleep habits. Claudine then supported us when George turned 6 months and transitioned into his own room and sleeping through the night!
Fast forward four years and we are pregnant with number 2. I always new that we would ask Claudine for her support from birth after suffering post natal anxiety with George, most of which was sleep related. I knew that having her advice and guidance would help me as a mum and lay good sleep foundations for Harrison. I can’t believe what a difference having Claudine’s help from the beginning has made to Harrison’s sleep. He is a happy, content baby who has incredible sleep habits. Not to sound too dramatic, but Claudine has been an angel with a magical touch. I had been researching sleep training for years, but never got round to going through with it for my daughter. Instead I ended up feeding her every night, every time she woke up (which was obviously very frequent) till I just couldn't do it anymore at 21 months & just stopped feeding her cold turkey, with quite a few tears for the couple of weeks that followed.
Fast-forward 5 years later, I was stuck in the same situation of feeding my 17 month old son to sleep every 2 hours. Needless to say, this mama was HUGELY sleep deprived. Again I was super hesitant this time to sleep train because of my preconceived notion of going through lots of tears and resistance with yet another head-strong baby. But because I physically couldn't take feeding to sleep anymore (with a slip-disc) I finally contacted Claudine in a desperate attempt.
Her guidance, coupled with her incredible expertise, was exactly what I needed. My son went from waking every 2 hours to sleeping through the night in 3 nights! In fact, on the first night itself we saw an improvement immediately (even though there was lot of crying, as expected). Honestly, my son still stirs at night every now and then, but Claudine's guidance is something we've deeply instilled, so it's very manageable.
I would recommend her to anyone and everyone who needs help with their child's sleep habits.
I cannot express just how much of an impact she's made in the lives of everyone in my family. She will always hold a special place in my heart. I'm very satisfied with the service provided by Claudine. In only 6 days, Liv was able to sleep alone for 12 hrs straight after getting used to holding and rocking her to sleep. As for William, her twin brother, during the same 6 days he was able to learn to sleep without a pacifier. Claudine is a professional sleep trainer, always available to help and has different methods to choose from to suit the need of the mother and the baby.
The program is customised on a daily basis and can help the babies go smoothly from one phase to another. I recommend Claudine especially for twins and for mothers who are anxious about how to go through this phase alone
As a mom to a now 4 year old daughter who had struggled with sleep and rarely slept a full night in her life, both I and my husband were exhausted from the constant bedtime battles, we felt we would never find a solution and then Claudine came to our rescue!
I first contacted Claudine after she was recommended as a sleep trainer by other mothers on a Facebook group and I can honestly say it was the best decision I have made in a long time. Exhausted after years of struggling with sleep issues with my daughter and with a baby on the way imminently, I was desperate to find a solution to help my 4-year-old daughter learn to sleep. Claudine came to the rescue and it has truly transformed our lives.
Like many mothers, when I had my first baby 4 years ago I slowly waited for the magic day when she would learn to sleep through the night as everyone told me would happen, but it never did and we struggled and tried so many things. By 4 years old, bedtime had become a huge exhausting battle every night, and with a new baby on the way I knew it would only get worse.
I was initially reluctant to get professional advice as I honestly felt the odds were stacked against us as we had left it so late - my daughter was 4, we had moved house and country so many times that routine was out the window and my second baby was due in a month! I felt it was a lost cause, that sleep consultations were for younger children and that we were doomed to be stuck in this terrible routine that stressed us all out until my daughter would get older. I was sure Claudine would tell me that it was too late, but she was completely unfazed and greatly confident that she could help us.
From the beginning Claudine put me completely at ease, she listened and really understood our situation. Friendly, professional and totally non-judgemental, Claudine took the time to carefully understand our family dynamic and how our current sleeping patterns had evolved. She put together a plan that was realistic for us, that we were able to implement and never pushed us to do anything we were not comfortable with. It was a very gentle approach. Within 3 -4 weeks I couldn’t believe the change in my child, she was happy and confident to go to sleep each night ‘by herself like a big girl’ in her own bed and in her own room, and to my surprise the biggest change I saw was a much better rested child - I never fully appreciated the impact broken sleep was having on her. The best thing about Claudine’s approach was how involved she was on a daily basis with phone calls and messaging to guide us and tweak things where required depending on how my daughter was reacting to the process, I really feel that flexibility to deal with the individual personality of a particular child is a key part of her success and a one size fits all approach would not have worked.

We turned to Claudine for help when my previously perfect little sleeper got into some bad habits that had her waking anywhere from three to six times each night, nursing all night and refusing milk all day.
Claudine is incredibly knowledgeable as a sleep trainer and able to explain what was going on so that we could understand. On the first night, our little one woke a few times but put herself back to sleep without getting upset and since then has slept 11-12 hours per night with 2.5 - 3.5 hours of naps per day. During the training period Claudine was always on hand and even helped us out with advice for our toddler, free of charge. My baby is such a happy little thing now and that’s largely down to being well rested. For us, it’s SO nice to be able to rely on bedtime and nap breaks, I 100% recommend it.
I would always have considered ourselves pretty sorted sleep-wise with our first two children and wasn't worried at all about the prospect of baby number 3 and sorting sleep. However nothing prepared us for a newborn, the Coronavirus and homeschooling 2 young children.
There just wasn't the option to sit for hours with a newborn in arms as the other two went off to school, the whole 'I'll sleep when they sleep' theory and having the time with the other two in school to get any new routines in place just couldn't happen.
I've known Claudine since the birth of our first and we went to the same baby group together. When our new little one refused to sleep in his cot and suffered with colic (our other two had never had this issue) we knew we needed some help and advice as to how to survive these homeschooling days and a newborn who wanted arms only and refused a bottle. It was physically and emotionally impossible to manage it all by myself. So when our baby hit 3 months and the colic started to subside we contacted Claudine and reached out for help.
Hands down, hiring a sleep trainer was the best thing we ever did at that point in our family life. We set up a routine and set goals that were relevant to us as a family and what we needed our baby to be able to succeed at during the days. We were very lucky he had naturally found his solid night sleeping pattern but the days were actually where we needed the help so I could be there for the other children as well as the baby. We needed our nanny and my husband to be able to put him to sleep in his cot, to know how often he needed milk and a schedule for his naps/feeds.
Claudine did all this with us and was there for any moment of questions or hesitation. She gave us incredible support over 2 weeks that completely set us up.
I was then able to homeschool, be able to know our baby was happy, fed and getting his sleep. Our baby is now 9 months old and his day and night routine are so settled.

From a set of parents who would always have been very confident in this area and perhaps were nervous to ask for help it was the best thing we ever did. All our children are in bed at 6:30pm and sleep through the night and our baby has a daily routine that anyone could follow.

We had such a brilliant experience working with Claudine and the improvements which we have seen in relation to sleep have been above and beyond our expectations. Claudine is helpful, relatable and provides such great support during the sleep training period. Having access to someone who can provide guidance and reassurance made the whole process so much easier and we were much more comfortable knowing that we were in safe hands with Claudine. The experience factor meant that Claudine was able to make tweaks and and improvements to the routine which had such a huge impact - we would just never have known to make these changes if we had been doing this by ourselves. Having our baby sleeping through the night consistently has had such a massive impact on all of us - we are all that much happier for consistently getting a good nights sleep. We could not recommend seeking help from Claudine highly enough and if anyone is reading this in two minds of whether to do it - it will absolutely 100% be worth it. Claudine was a lifesaver. After going back and forth about getting a sleep consultant, I can’t believe we ever hesitated. Prior to working with us, she gave us tons of tips (for free) to see if we really did need help, or if a quick fix would suffice. Needless to say we did need help and we got every penny’s worth. Not only was she super accessible, I reach out every now and then for some top up advice and she always makes herself available. Couldn’t ask for a better sleep coach!
It was the best investment we recently made; Claudine was very committed with us and with a perfect follow up, we reach 11 hrs sleeping per night without disturbance and 3 hrs naps, now my baby start to be independent and he can soothing himself without any help from me. It was a very good experience for me with support from Claudine day to day and every hour, thank you Claudine.

I went from over 6 months with my 2.5 year old son coming into my bed in the middle of the night, every night, to my son falling asleep on his own (without his pacifier!) and sleeping in his own bed until 6am every night. I’ve always been a bit sceptical of using a sleep trainer but it’s been a complete game changer for us.
Our daughter had just turned 6 months and was only sleeping 30 mins at a time (after taking 30mins+ to get to sleep in the first place!).
