    Complete analysis of your child’s current sleep situation, based on a questionnaire we supply, and you complete identifying current obstacles and areas for improvement

    Personalised Sleep Plan, created specifically for your child’s needs, based on the analysis of their sleep situation. And you get to keep it!

    In-home or virtual consultation where we explain the Sleep Plan we have created for you so that you feel excited to start and to answer any and all questions to manage your expectations

    Night one virtual (phone call and messaging) support for bedtime, so you feel empowered to achieve immediate success

    Two weeks of virtual (phone call and messaging) contact to ensure you are supported and reassured whilst your child is learning the skills of independent sleep

    Daily monitoring of digital sleep log, if completed by you

    Goodbye pack providing you with all the information you need for healthy sleep habits for your child’s future, including schedules for Transitions, Travel Tips, and advice for future challenges if they arise

  • Everything in ‘Every step of the way’ plus:

    3 follow-ups (within 12 months) in the form of phone calls or message advice

    3 nights of bedtime support (on nights of your choosing)

I am able to help you with your struggles by providing you with tips, advice and knowledge on child nutrition, all based on your child's age and any other contributing factors (allergies/lifestyle etc). Together, we implement a plan so that your child starts to accept more foods into their diet and is no longer a fussy eater.

  • The different food groups and what they mean for your child's development

  • Optimal feeding schedule based on your child's age and daily routine

  • We offer our clients a choice the most tried and tested sleep training methods, that are both well-researched and proven to work. The good news is all of us have used these methods with our own children, as well as the 100's of children of the families we have worked during our time as sleep consultants. So we know they work!

    We also encourage parental empowerment by allowing you to both chose the method that's right for your family and your child, and modify the guidelines we give you, as appropriate, to ensure everyone that hires us has a unique, personalised and successful experience.

  • Here at Sweet Dreams, we do not advocate the cry-it-out method, which involves leaving a child alone in their room and ignoring their cries completely. However, crying is a natural way for babies to communicate their feelings, including when it comes to making changes to their sleep habits, therefore, most families can expect some crying throughout the sleep training process.

    Within our personalised sleep plans, we give you the tools and strategies to respond to your child so that you are encouraging and comforting them while helping them learn the skills to sleep well.

  • If Covid-19 taught us one thing it's that as a planet we are connected through technology and so as a result we can help you either face to face or via video calls during our time working together.

  • Yes most definitely! We have helped many babies with disabilities sleep very well. We will work with what your baby is capable of, along side your therapists if need be.
