I take a holistic, behavioural approach to helping you sleep. Sleep is tied to so many other things in our life such as activity level, stress, eating habits, and workload, so I will help you to navigate all of this, evaluate all the factors that affect your sleep and show you how to finally sleep through the night.
When you work with me, you will:
Together we discuss the different factors that affect your sleep, to put together an in-depth profile. This includes discussing where and how you fall asleep, your nutrition, exercise, and daily stress. This helps to create a specific strategy to improve how you sleep at night.
You will receive a bespoke, easy to implement, step-by-step sleep plan from me. This will change your approach to sleep over the course of 4 weeks. You'll be able to see exactly the steps we will be taking to change your sleep habits, and you'll be on your way to more restful sleep! New action steps will be added weekly to enhance the plan, gradually changing the way you approach sleep. You will build new habits, something that you will be able to stick to long term.
During your 60-minute consultation, we’ll discuss all things sleep, including your current sleep situation, what aspects of your life are negatively affecting it and how it can be improved. We will talk through your written plan and the specific actions steps you will be taking - to ensure that you fully understand the changes, and how to form new habits to enable a full night of sleep. This call is designed to leave you with a new confidence in your sleep and the ability to get the sleep you need.
For the 4 week package, I’ll be available over Whatsapp or phone call to guide you through making the gradual changes to improve your sleep. We will have a weekly follow up call where we discuss the changes and how you're feeling and the effects the changes are making. This will help grow your awareness of the things that affect your sleep and help you learn exactly how to have a great night of sleep.
